FRESH HERB & SPICE INFUSED DAIRY FATS

Dairy infusions are manufactured from butter, butter oil and butter oil fractions of Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF for short) which are then infused with fresh herbs and spices in a unique manufacturing process. The resultant products are all butter flavours designed to add value to a wide range of prepared and baked foods.

SpringThyme’s Dairy Infusions can be used in a wide range of applications providing functional flavour solutions to the dairy industry as well as bakery and prepared foods.

Dairy Infusions can be used to boost ultimate top note flavour profiles of any given herb or spice in a recipe. Dairy Infusions have excellent keeping qualities resulting in a lingering flavour profile after processing, freezing and tempering, or during storage.

They are also an excellent building block for other flavours.
